Nina’s board experience began with the ASX listed Raiz, a micro investing, mobile led fintech company founded in 2016. Nina was integral in the establishment and development of the brand in the Australian market and was on the board from the time of ASX listing in 2018 to 2021. Nina’s executive career has been as a consumer behaviour specialist and brand strategist with over 30 years' experience. Her career has been spent understanding the consumer response to products and services and advising brand teams and senior executives on appropriate consumer led strategy. She has worked with numerous brands in the financial services category. She was a founding director of Buzz Strategic Insights in 2000 and before that held the position of Division Director at Kaleidoscope from 1993-1999. Nina has a Degree of Commerce majoring in Marketing from UNSW. In 2020 Nina graduated from the AICD company’s director’s course.

Robert has over 29 years of experience in the investment banking and commercial finance markets having commenced his career with Commonwealth Bank of Australia, followed by Deutsche Bank and UBS. Robert cofounded Globex Finance, an Australia Financial Services licensee in 2002. Robert is also the Managing Director of Echidna Capital and holds Board roles on several other technology and investment companies in which he has an equity interest. Robert graduated with a Bachelor of Business UTS, Graduate Diploma in Finance and Master’s in Applied Finance at Macquarie University. Rob Chairs the Finance and Audit committee.

With over 18 years as Managing Director of a boutique property company, Malcolm carries a broad range of skills and expertise in the commercial real estate industry. Previously Managing Director of various property investment funds, he brings a comprehensive understanding of corporate restructuring, risk management and fund raising for unlisted and listed entities. His track record demonstrates his ability to understand key business challenges and foresee emerging trends to deliver critical business outcomes.

Michael has over 30 years of experience in accounting, taxation and finance. Having held several senior management positions in Big 4 chartered accounting firms, ASX-listed and private businesses, Michael has a solid mix of technical skills and practical application. Michael is passionate about working with and supporting all divisions within WAIVPAY to help it grow and reach its full potential.

Scott is a Payment professional with over 25 years experience leading and developing solutions for the worlds largest businesses. As one of the founding members of the Blackhawk ASIAPAC team, Scott has held key Senior roles including Head of IT and Operations and Managing Director ASIAPAC. Scott has helped launch major Brands with their physical and digital products around the world and he also has an innovation patent for his work with Telecommunication companies in Australia. Scott now provides advisory services for telecommunication, loyalty and rewards and retail businesses around the world.

Matt has over ten years as a software engineer, architect and team lead, starting his career in university innovation centres and more recently in the financial technology and payments market. He has managed many high profile, international projects, providing unique solutions to a number of different sectors. Matt heads up our engineering efforts and leads the delivery of the entire WAIVPAY technology stack, from back-end big data operations, our high velocity CMS and our fleet of in-store card kiosks.

Mike Kennedy is the Managing Director of DLK and has over 35 years’ experience in Telecommunications and Financial Services. He currently sits on the advisory board of a Fintech and a Loyalty Services start-up where he assists with perspectives on business transformation and fostering innovation. He has led several regional successful start-ups and expansion programs in the U.S and Europe throughout his career and is currently overseeing the launch a new multi-million digital telco enablement platform in the USA and Asia. As an advisor he works with a number of blue-chip clients in Australia, Asia & U.S. across Fintech and Telco.
